About The Project
Arena Geo were commissioned to undertake a Phase 2 ground investigation in accordance with BS5930 and BS10175 across the site, comprising boreholes and trial pits, with long term monitoring of standpipes to provide data on groundwater and gas.
The site is to be developed for a mixture of private and affordable dwellings, and included new adoptable roads and attenuation ponds.
